I need to have a written Business Case Study about an ethical issue within a healthcare organization.
Background of the ethical dilemma is that a medical facility providing cosmetic services such as Botox, fiilers, etc. received a call from an Asian lady who mentioned she has just arrived from China 2 weeks ago, and this was in February where the world has started to realize the criticality of the virus COVID-19 however it was still not labeled as a pandemic by the WHO yet.
Having said that, the medical facility refused to schedule an appointment for this patient and refused to provide her with any services.
