Ethics in Employee Drug Testing Article review help

I need some help with this article review.  All guidelines are listed at the top with the questions that need to be addressed within the paper.  I am not looking for a super paper, I just would like a thorough review that answers all the questions listed in the instructions.  Paper has to meet the minimum guidelines please!! 500 Word Requirement, so its not a huge paper.
